Dr Jochen Palenker, Head of Finance at the Jewish Community of Berlin (JGzB), found himself in a difficult situation when he took up his post. In order to get the finances of the 25 million euro turnover community back under control, various areas of expenditure had to be consolidated. Palenker commissioned ERA Group to identify potential savings.
