Weidmann Plastics Technology (Germany) AG, based in Treuen, Saxony, is a manufacturer of technically sophisticated plastic injection moulded parts for the automotive industry. Weidmann operates several branches in Germany and abroad. In order to optimise costs at its Treuen plant, the company commissioned Rüdiger Kroll from ERA Group to analyse and optimise various overhead cost areas. Energy costs were examined by expert Andreas Brünger.
