The analysis carried out by our partner ERA Group focused on two categories: sea transport and packaging rental.
The Sea Transport project began when the supplier had just lowered its price by 7% for Calearo. Nevertheless, the analysis carried out by partner Enrico Barazzoni revealed further room for improvement, which led to the next operational phases of the project.
