As procurement manager at high-pressure specialist Resato, Lieuwe Kronemeijer was closely involved in the MRO & PPE project. These abbreviations, familiar to those in the know, stand for Maintenance, Repair & Operations and Personal Protective Equipment respectively. Resato called in ERA to investigate whether it was possible to work more efficiently and cost-effectively with fewer parties.
Kronemeijer: ‘The success of collaboration depends entirely on the quality of the people involved. ERA's MRO&PPE specialist Léon Janssen provided us with expert and pleasant guidance during this project. I also really appreciated the overarching support for all ERA projects. We had one permanent and responsive point of contact to whom we could turn with all our questions.’
We recently looked back on the MRO & PPE project together with Kronemeijer. He is extremely satisfied with the results achieved. He also talked about his initial doubts and the consideration of whether to do it themselves or outsource it.
