Fiskeby Board AB is located south of Norrköping and is one of Europe's leading manufacturers of packaging cardboard. With approximately 290 employees, it has an annual production of 170,000 tonnes of cardboard. In the spring of 2018, ERA Group conducted a preliminary study for Fiskeby to identify the types of purchases and costs that could be optimised first.
